The product is good,But there was no follow up on the delivery and the distributor in my location doesn’t have all the products i need. There is suppose to be a follow up on the delivery by customer care . The park just sent a text message and i didnt receive it till days later. No calls Ntin .

I placed an order on the website on the 5th of April,
Order #4449. If you can send me a confirmation immediately why can’t you send me the parcel .id or the information of the package sent immediately at least even if not immediately but I shouldn’t have to beg before to send it.
The delivery company will call and I won’t have any information to be able to pick up because you didn’t send it and then I would call no one will answer, I would message on WhatsApp and it would take forever before I get any response. That’s not fair now
Hey, we all love niu skin it’s effective and affordable but if I won’t get treated right I would rather spend more on other products with better customer service.
